Tamada Sake Brewery Online Shop also ships to some areas of the country for customers living overseas.
Please check the following information before placing your order.

◆ About shipping
 Products are shipped via Yamato Transport International Courier Service .
Supported regions: Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, the United States, Canada, and some other regions.

*Depending on your country or region, there may be restrictions on importing sake (alcoholic beverages).
*Customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
*Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days (varies depending on country/region).

◆ Payment method
 For international shipping, only credit card payments (Shopify Payment) are accepted.
Supported brands: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB
Cash on delivery, bank transfer, and deferred payment services are not available.

◆ Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
 Due to the nature of customs clearance and transportation, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for products shipped overseas due to customer convenience.
If the product is damaged or has been sent in the wrong way due to our fault, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will check the situation and provide a refund or resend the item to the extent possible.

◆ Important notes regarding customs and imports
 Depending on the laws and regulations of the country where you order, customs duties and import taxes may be incurred upon customs clearance.
These costs will be borne by the customer.
Additionally, delivery may take longer due to customs procedures.
