◆ About refrigerated delivery <br data-start="633" data-end="636">In order to maintain product quality, products that require refrigeration will be delivered by Yamato Transport's refrigerated delivery service.
The cool shipping fee is 165 yen (tax included) per eligible product.
Regardless of the size or quantity, the number of eligible items will be automatically added.

◆ About multiple parcel deliveries <br data-start="877" data-end="880">Due to system limitations, if your order exceeds the limit for a single parcel,
Shipping costs for multiple items are not calculated automatically.
In that case, we will check the order details and then adjust the shipping fee to the number of items or charge an additional fee.

Example 1) When purchasing 10 bottles of 1.8L:
Each package can hold up to 8 bottles, so the product will be shipped in two packages.
→ Displayed shipping fee x 2 packages (e.g. 1,320 yen x 2 = 2,640 yen)

Example 2) When purchasing 6 bottles of 1.8L + 2 bottles of 720ml:
Since it can be packed in one package, the shipping fee is the same as one package (e.g. 1,320 yen)

We try to pack our items in a way that keeps shipping costs as low as possible,
Safety during transportation is our top priority, so if there is a high risk of damage, we will ship in multiple packages.

◆ About overseas shipping <br data-start="1322" data-end="1325">Our store also ships some of our products outside of Japan.
Shipping will be via Yamato Transport's international courier service or an affiliated international delivery service.
*Delivery is available to limited countries and regions, and products containing alcohol may not be able to be shipped due to the laws and regulations of the country or region.

If you would like to have your order shipped overseas, please contact us in advance with the name of the destination country, the product you would like to order, and the quantity.
We will inform you of shipping costs, whether delivery is possible, and the estimated delivery time.

All local fees, such as customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to customs procedures or restrictions imposed by local laws and regulations.

When shipping overseas, differences in climate and transportation environment may affect the quality of the product and the condition of the label.

◆ Other notes : After your item has been shipped, you can check the delivery status using Yamato Transport's parcel inquiry number.
- If you are unable to receive the product due to a long absence or an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for re-shipment.
